🗑️ How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data (Osclass)

We respect your privacy and your right to have your personal data deleted.

Option 1: Delete Your Account Yourself (Recommended)

If you have an account, you can request deletion directly:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to My Account / Dashboard.

3. Open Profile or Account Settings.

4. Click “Delete My Account” (or “Request Data Deletion”).

5. Confirm your request.

📌 Once confirmed:

• Your account will be permanently removed.

• Your personal information will be deleted or anonymised.

• Your listings may be removed or depersonalised.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot log in, you may request deletion manually.

Send an email to:

Include the following:

• Full name

• Registered email address

• Username (if known)

• Subject: User Data Deletion Request

Option 3: Guest Users (No Account)

If you posted listings without creating an account:

1. Email info@sportsavers.my

2. Provide:

   • Listing URL(s)

   • Email address used in the listing

3. We will remove or anonymise the data.

📦 What Data Will Be Deleted

When your request is approved, we will remove or anonymise:

✔ Account details (name, email, IP logs)
✔ Messages and contact data
✔ Listings linked to your account
✔ Uploaded images (where applicable)

📌 Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g. fraud prevention or legal obligations).

🔐 Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

• You will lose access to all listings and messages

• You may re-register using the same email after deletion
